These terms apply to the services provided by Novantive Consulting Inc, including our telephone reception and SMS messaging services.

SMS Terms

Program name: Novantive Consulting Reception Messaging

Program description: Novantive Consulting Inc sends text messages to people who have called our main line and asked to receive information by text, and to Novantive staff when a call for them has been answered. Messages confirm what was discussed on a call — an appointment, a message taken, or details requested. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How to join: consent is given verbally during a call you place to us. We will confirm your mobile number with you before sending anything.

Message frequency: message frequency varies. You will normally receive one message per call.

Cost: message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving messages: reply STOP to any message. You will receive no further messages.

For help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at inquiries@novantive.com.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
